You’ve probably heard what was said about Lebron James having an opinion regarding politics — he was told to “shut up and dribble” and was mocked for having an opinion. Professional athletes are often mistaken for people who are not supposed to have a voice, an opinion or even a perspective outside of their respective sports. However, there’s so much more to the athlete than what meets the eye.
